Just when you thought this team has already hit an all time low you read on ESPN about Tony Bernazard acting like a fool:

Maybe if playing this bad causes ownership to can guys like this all this losing will be worth it.

Can't explain why he did this, he should be a professional and not act like a child. On another issue, I was looking at teams that might need a 2nd baseman and the Giants stuck out. It has been reported that the Giants were interested in Freddie Sanchez, but the two teams couldn't work out a deal thus far. How about offering Castillo to the Giants for 2 double A prospects by the names of Brock Bond, a 2nd baseman and Waldis Joaquin, a RHP.

I would be open to any deal that would open the door for )-Dog to join the team. However, I am concerned that O-Dog is enjoying his time out here with the Dodgers and might consider re-signing.

I had thought things were an all-time low until yesterday's press conference. For Minaya to make the accusations he made was deplorable. When you look at the number of things that have gone wrong this year it is mind boggling:

*New stadium opens with more tribute to a team that plays on the other cost than the one that is playing in it.

*A medical staff that doesn't seem to have a clue.

*An assistant to the GM that goes off the deep end and mgmt needs to "investigate" before doing what it should have immediately.

*Proceed to kill the messenger during a press conference.

**Lets not forget last year's handling of Church's concussion.

**Lets also not forget how poorly they handled Randolph's firing.

To make matters worse, Wallace Matthews writes a column that I am in total agreement with. Something I never thought I would say.

Today I am truly embarrassed to call my self a Mets fan. It seems like daily you read something new in the media that points out how inept the current ownership and the management team under it is. And it is not from just one source. ESPN, Fox Sports, Sport Illustrated, WFAN and all the local newspapers point out regularly how bad mgmt is. I am starting to believe this team wil never win a WS with the Wilpons as owners.
