What’s this? “Jorge Posada will postpone the inevitable surgery on his shoulder” I probably jumped the gun too soon. That’s not going to help either the team or his career. Some people never learn. Have it your way.

If this is the team’s decision to wait then I don’t think Georgy will figure in the team’s future regardless of how much he’s getting paid . . . . and . . . . . . . on the other hand if this is his own idea then the guy is not only stubborn but incredibly narcissist. Again . . . . . . . . have it your way.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | Despite all the mustard being wasted on our immature centerfielder the Yankees were able to win another game. This time the lion share of the effort rested on the shoulders of Mussina which in a very surgical manner gets his 13th WIN . . . . . . Tops in the majors. | |

That’s thirteen wins on July 23rd and a lot of thoughts cross our minds but knowing the Moose it’s time to fully prepare for the next game, since these games are handled (as they should) one at a time. Two more to fifteen Moose (like if you didn’t know that). Stay the course Cardinal. And the rest of you guys nice execution let’s stay focused and let’s keep on keeping on. One game at a time and eyes on the ball at all times.

“It's not about me now. It's about the team.” Posada said. What is it about “YOU’RE DONE AS A CATCHER FOR THE SEASON” that you don’t understand STUPID? Believe me you incredibly narcissistic phony you don’t want to do this. Girardi says he understands Posada not wanting to miss on another WS Title. If this jerk is on the roster there won’t be a WS Tittle. Get it? No WS Title. Besides you're barely 11 games over .500 . . . . . . the Gall. He’ll be whining about wanting to catch --- just this one time ---- in no time and become a nonstop nuisance .

A Times sports writer wrote an article about Posada being the most honest man on the team, that’s not my experience with this guy who’s been throwing pitcher after pitcher under the bus for years and kissing Torre’s butt shamelessly. “I want the money and I want to play for Torre” Has anybody forgotten? How about: “I’ll do whatever the team wants me to do” only to be followed a day later by “I’m a catcher not a first base man or DH” And when asked why he wasn’t catching he answered: “I feel fine, ask him” OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Good God it was a nonstop farce. Now he’ll do what the team wants him to. You are going to SINK THIS TEAM YOU STUPID jawless has been. How about this Cashman? Trade this idiot to the Dodgers at a loss and solve that situation once and for all. Wasting money? You have gotten great at it.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | The way I see it either Hank or Hal got pissed because this HS drop out got them for a ton of money using the media as allies and they are frigging pissed for being taken for fools and I’m not going to stop reminding them HOW STUPID THEY WERE ALL YEAR LONG I’ll be throwing salt into every possible wound I find and I know I will find plenty until this stupid farce is stopped. The old Steinbrenner MO is alive and well in the shape of their DUMB AND DUMB ASSED sons. | |

The reason why we’re not in better shape is because big mouth Hank told us “You have to have patience” “it may not be possible to win it all this year.” We said “screw it we can live with that” a few weeks later he changed his tune: “If we don’t get Santana and the young studs don’t pan out somebody better have answers for that.” We said: “Hey if you have it so bad for Santana go for it and forget about Cashman.” Then after starting Joba in the pen he changed his mind when he grew antsy about the starting five and demanded Joba to be moved to the rotation “gradually.” We said “Joba is fine either way and the pen starting with Mariano and followed by Kyle and the rest will do fine” and through ups and downs and some embarrassment and follies the team is beginning to right the ship and mind you none of those reasons involve the jawless catcher.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | I never understood why this idiot never went for surgery and got one of those nice jaws like so many movie stars have. How much could they be? Nothing he can’t afford not after he demanded and got all that money. He probably bought another barbeque gadget with a turbo charger no less. And another set of spikes to mess up the batter’s box even worse. | |

So bottom line is YOU HANK and your FRIGGING BROTHER have been jerking our chains all along and you’re no better than your father was at his worst nor the Mets are dealing with Church at this time. You suc/k big time. Fall flat on your face in Boston you two stupid jerks so you’ll get a dose of reality.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message |
All Boston has to do is throw up and in on the material fool and Jeter (who won’t have an Edge) Joba will retaliate and will be thrown out of the game with Girardi. Giambi will strike out as the gutless pathetic useless piece of crap he is and Posada will fan like an idiot all night long and Melki will be flapping all over the field while the sux score run after run after run aided by Damon’s sissy arm. Needless to say Pedroia and Youk and Lowell and Drew and Casey and Ellsbury will wait and wait on your hurlers until they are out early in the game while Pappy and Manny keep pounding the wall for extra bases and then you’ll see your relievers losing it at Fenway an Mariano coming with that fear deeply stenciled on his forehead and they’ll take his yard and you’ll be massacred first on the field and then by the tabloids and you’ll be exposed as the hot air thoughtless fools you are.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | Then try to fix that. I suggest you call one of your horseys or your favorite mare the one you talk to non-stop and we’ll see where that gets you. Oh yeah and take your tiny newcomers from triple A and you know what you can do with them. | |
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | You’ve fooled us twice, three times . . . . . SHAME ON US . . . . big time. | |

Take your expensive stadium and sh . . . . . well you know the drill. And while you’re at it go check the new barbeque gadget your puertorican sycophant has purchased with your money.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message | I’ll probably switch teams too (if our Mayor can switch Parties at will and he’s supposed to be brilliant, why not); the Mets seem to be a lot closer to the WS that your guys are anyway and Manuel doesn’t have a show where that a$$hole Kay ask all those idiotic rehearsed questions either. | |
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message |
I’ll be working on how the sux can sweep the Yanks at Fenway without even trying and outdistance them so they won’t ever come near this year. Theo is far ahead of Cashman when it comes to strategy and recognizing talent anyway that’s the worst kept secret in the Majors.
| Bruce4RealPosts: 1681Location: Join Date: November 29, 2007 11:46 PMSend Message |
Why is it that everybody wants to deal with the Sux and nobody wants to deal with the Yankees? Solve that riddle and you’ll own the Yankees. Send the jawless puertorican to the Dodgers for Russell Martin so he can be close to the Daddy he never knew.

The saddest thing is Hank can’t even claim he didn’t know about Posada. Some of us wrote a ton of comments against re-signing this ingrate a so did dozens of well know Yankee loyal fans. Cashman did you a disfavor by siding with the likes of well known Yankee haters like Lupica and other phonies. We said we don’t need this ungrateful has been let him go with Torre and call his bluff. He doesn’t deserve that kind of money, he’s worthless as a catcher with men on second base he’s a hindrance to his pitchers and he doesn’t know how to advance runners or how to bring them home. Don't do it you’ll regret it. "Jorge is an important part of this organization" he said at that time . . . . . . no kidding.

But no the horse trader knew better and now we have to deal with the consequences of his thoughtless actions and waste precious energy on this unworthy subject. HAVE IT YOUR WAY. This team is really going to the low and sad times of the sixties go ahead Hank drive it to the ground so you won’t have shiit to sell. Better still go back to the frigging horseys. How many triple crown winners have you gotten so far? |
