Say goodbye to Mannywood!

Why do I get the feeling that two-face Joe Torre just lost Manny?

We know how thin-skinned and vindictive Cashman and Hal can be. All I care about is Joe’s loss will be our gain.

Bruce4Real

How is Torre going to win ANYTHING without Manny?

Oh wait   . . . .   he’s got Mattingly as his hitting coach.  Yeah   . . . . .   that secret weapon (very secret)   . . . . .    Oh and he’s got Juan Pierre   . . . . . .    that should do the trick.

Move fast forward to the ALCS and you also have C.C., Burnett and Wang pitching for you with Mo and Co. ready to close the deal. How do you like our chances?

What is this...some sort of "fantasy"????  Ok, I'll play along...we fast forward to the ALCS....C.C. will be in line with JoBug at Furr's stuffing their faces....Burnett will be considering retirement because he had ANOTHER injury plagued year...and Wang....he fears "October" so much that it got to his head in April and he only pitched twice the whole year.  The management of the Yanks are taking a beating from fans for signing Tex, C.C., Burnett and Andy.  The "new" stadium's last "sell-out" was the end of May...by that time, the Yanks were 10 games behind the O's for last place in the AL East.  But the good thing is, the fools who wear the "got rings" t-shirts still have "up to date" shirts to wear.

Now, I have a question for you Bruce....are you shy?  Why don't you ever respond to my posts?  Other than me, you're the only other person who reads your posts.  One final thing...your team is a JOKE!!!!!!!  Their "bandwagon" fans are nothing but little wusses.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Cashman is taking the high road on Torre  . . . .   but he got a call from Hawaii; Cashman makes it sound like if calling Hawaii is like calling the moon in terms of being ultra difficult to connect and ultra expensive. It’s just a frigging call part of an unlimited package Cash.

Did you guys get a call from Maui? I didn’t get one so fuc& Torre still.

Bruce4Real

I was disappointed to say the least of the way Cashman reacted to Torre’s hits   . . . . . . .  not Cashman finest hour.

He didn’t sound like a guy who loves all things Yankees   . . . . . . .    a far cry from the Boss.

Bruce4Real

It’s funny Torre mentions Alex having this single white female type of obsession with Jeter.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Torre who was holding Jeter’s bat in between innings so very gingerly during the 2007 season because he considered that a unique charm that would help him win games? Sort of like Ali and his ring man who use to suck Ali’s glove   . . . . . .   did Torre go that far too?
Bruce4Real

It was all about the money and the ENDORSEMENTS and now he won’t even have Manny to save his a$$.

On the other hand look how he treated Proctor   . . . .   That’s Torre for you.

And Verducci is nothing but a very girlie Foston Ban who happens to hate the Yankees  . . . . .  what else is new?

Bruce4Real

On a more decent note Andy Pettitte will be part of the 2009 rotation and that could only mean good news.

Andy is a true Yankees’ Yankee, a true warrior  . . . . .   my man.

Thanks for coming back Andy we’ll get it done this year, we know that.

Bruce4Real

A friend of mine whose opinion I always respect was telling me that Torre’s beef was all about ENVY. He knows he has a lousy team he knows Manny is not coming back (now even less likely to happen) and he sees this rotation: Sabathia, Burnett, Wang, Joba or someone else and Pettitte and he sees Teixeira and Alex Rodriguez on the lineup one following the other and he sees a nice bullpen and he burns inside and dreams about all that money that he won’t be able to grab and use it to make the person he loves the most (himself) really happy. Die of envy Joe (preferably).
Bruce4Real

Without outbidding themselves the Yankees will get Manny to protect Alex back (he will need the extra protection now that Verducci has tried to mess with his head).

We don’t care how   . . . .   all we want is Alex protected with a bat like Manny so he can take advantage and bring to fruition what batting behind Teixeira means and in 2009 Dollars that’s not even farfetched for all the damage than 1 through 7 will do to the competition (Oh yeah there’s still competition to worry about).

Just don’t outbid yourselves. When facing Foston is there anybody who could play the green monster better offense wise as well as defensively? That’s half the game. Manny was once asked by a friend: can you take Matsuzaka’s yard and Manny answered: You’re kidding right?

Bruce4Real

I still haven’t gotten my frigging phone call from Maui but I think some headline grabbers have fed us some doctored versions of what Torre has said in Verducci’s latest book so I think I’m going to wait until I borrow the book from someone else (I’m not going to buy the damn book myself). The Yankees should have been more decent with Joe re: the closing of Yankee Stadium that was a regrettable faux pas.
Bruce4Real

For instance Torre did say quote He needs the game (Alex), he needs all of those statistics. He needs every record imaginable. And he needs people to make a fuss over him. Unquote

But he also said quote And he's always going to put up numbers because he's too good. It means a lot to him, and good for him. Unquote

Bruce4Real

So like I said I’m going to wait until I get my hands on the frigging book.
Bruce4Real

But I still think we are going to need Manny in the fifth hole to protect Alex; that goes without saying.

And I do agree with Joe that Alex lives for the Kodak moment even if that means striking out. I’m sure he’s going to prove me wrong this year and let it all hang out. Sorry Mark but this is also the team you joined for better or for worse    . . . . . .   and we got your back too.

OMG!  Now you stupid Yankmeeoff fans want the team to sign Manny.  In the mid '90's when the team had "home grown" players, they won 4 World Series.  When they started signing BIG NAME FREE AGENTS, like Juicy and Moose, they started a LONG SLIDE of not winning championships.  Go ahead, sign Manny....it will make it that much more ENJOYABLE when the Skyanks don't make the playoffs after fielding a team of "SUPERSTARS".  The WORLD is in a economic meltdown and the stupid team from the Bronx (and their local class fans) want to continue to add more and more and more.....just remember...the higher up you are THE HARDER YOU FALL.  The Roman Empire fell....the Yankmeoff empire has already started to fall....this will just make the FALL EVEN HARDER. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

26 (and never more) World Series Champions...the New York Master Baters or (Yank It Hard).

Bruce4Real

Now we know the “why” and I’m not talking about A-roid but about Joe’s motives for that frigging book.

Joe probably doesn’t even realize it but he was used by girlie Verducci . We know that Verducci  breathes  sux and that the sux have real problems this year. We also know that the entire media (with few pseudo-exceptions) are sux lovers and Yankee haters.

John Henry took a severe beating in the market and their entire roster almost imploded during the offseason.

Bruce4Real

And we were all wondering why Torre was writing this book with girlie Verducci when Joe keeps saying it has nothing to do with money. Now we know the frigging book was just paving the way for SI incredibly timed revelations particularly when we learned that frigging Mitchell wanted Kirk Radomski to name Rodriguez as a user or a buyer two seasons ago but got nowhere. That explains the strong denials from frigging Mitchell about him or his team interested in such information.

First let me say that frigging Torre has burned his bridges with the Yankees that’s something that we the fans and the Yankee organization determine not a greedy mother like him and second he may now see the extent of his stupidity by being used by this girlie writer to prepare the terrain to do his former team (Joe’s) in.

Bruce4Real

If Mitchell knew this information then the same can be said for Verducci and therefore this coincidental publishing of “The Yankee Years” is too coincidental for my taste. I was right about Mitchell, I was right about Matsuzaka and the Sux and I feel right about this connection this time.

Like we said when the Mitchell report was leaked to Lupica and other a$$holes before it became public we’ll say the same thing about this revelations: where is the list of the other 103 MLB players? And where are the Sux who did steroids then and where are they on that frigging list?

Bruce4Real

I’m only interested in how the Yankees are impacted by these “revelations” by none other  than Frigging Selena who had it bad for Rodriguez while working for the Times when she tried several times to educate us about Rodriguez being a blood sucker as a land lord as well as a player.
Bruce4Real

All we know is that these allegations took place in 2003 and trying to hurt the Yankees this Selena Roberts and writing buddy tell us that in 2004 (when A-rod was a Yankee) some unnamed sources said Orza warned A-rod about an oncoming test. We don’t give a fu&k about this then oncoming test the question we have is did he fail a 2004, 2005 or subsequent test? If he didn’t then Selena Roberts  and pals can stuff that frigging source tip about Orza warning A-rod. That’s nothing but a bunch of croak.
