Okay! but: 1- Promise No more answering any negitive post, that's personal to avoid all confrontatrion. 2- No more near 500 posts!! your right just too much to read, and 3- I won't let Un! get under my skin!!! i guess that's all i can promise. I always say!! you find out your true friends who got your back, when situations happen when you might need them. And i got your back!!! But! really un!!! The only time he's not lying is when he's brain-dead. hahaha......   

That had to be done for the good of the posters in general either loyal fans or haters but who post with passion with a bit of sarcasm or irony or even mockery but never go out of their way to insult someone personally and/or their close families.

Since I’m familiar with what transpires when someone is banned I can assure you nobody is going to ban you from either board. You are a level headed guy who seldom hurl insults to your opponents (other than the usual banter) or act crass. The problem is you guys respond to those hackers that happen to come to these boards to wreak havoc because that’s their nature and their mission in life. The time you’re more vulnerable is when you reply to these guys directly; for some reason that is when your PC is most vulnerable to attacks and some of you guys have been talking recently about experiencing problems with your laptops and Pc;s that’s a sure sign of being under attack.

Haven’t you heard these guys telling you: "hey so and so why don’t you work on your profile?" That’s should always raise some red flags. I’ve explained to you guys all these things back a few months ago when I raised the issue of this sociopath being a liar and a phony and warned you to be careful with him. I don’t live in the San Diego area but I travel to the West Coast a lot and I can tell you I’m far more familiar with the San Diego area or Southern California than he claims to be. I had tried a few messages in the past to test him and his reply was always the same: “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Again Jim nobody is going to ban you as things stand and this sociopath (whose handle(s) doesn’t even deserve being mentioned here) doesn’t have any friends at Topix. The thing is that Topix is slow reacting and we all know that by now and that’s why he’s still getting a free ride.

So go ahead; post fiercely, post freely and without hesitation, just go easier on my friend David. David showed me some (unsolicited) kindness once and I've never forgotten.

The forum is a place for rovers who like nothing better then to disrupt the intentions of the forum. Like in our case Yankee Baseball. Thanks for your reply... I agree with you .

                    GIRARDI NEEDS TO SHOW LEADERSHIP

With the many vererns on the Yankees, that are use to the leadership of Torre, which was very minamal ! As Torre not only listened to his vets, but! did as they asked. Like if a vet was not completely ready to start, after an injury. And that vet convinced Torre he was, he usually went with the vetern's word, instead of the trainer. Also when a player was not doing well on the field, that vet usually convinced Torre that he was just off on his timing, and would prove himself on the field.

That's when instead of Torre playing the better younger player, he played the vet which brought no positive results. I should know! as a former Insurance Agency manager, and i took over a dying office. I was tested allot by some of the (dead wood) old timers who tried to convince me their ways. Girardi will be tested allot on his leadership !!! And he better be strong enough to make all the decisions, and not be swayed by the vets who think that their sinority holds allot of clout.

When Girardi listens to his players opinions, he still must make the right decisions to benefit the team, and not that player. He must earn the respect of all the players, by only playing the players who have proved themselves in Spring Training, and his gut feelings.

Like now!! it seems that Giambi, who naturally wants to play allot, because it is his contract year!! Will try to convince Girardi that he should play every day at 1st base. When a young talented player like Duncan , rides the bench ? That was Torre's philosophy !! and any wonder we have went no-where in the past 7 years under Torre.

Girardi is the manager,  and he needs to manage by what he feels will bring the best results! without thinking for a minute, that he is hurting a vet's feelings by not playing him. This is no popularity contest, no favortism, no special favors. When the season starts this April, everyone is equal as far as who will start what positions (except the regulars who signed large contracts)

So once all the players feel that Girardi is fair with everyone, and makes his decisions based on better performances. Then the vet's who are only out for themselves, during contract years, will not go to him, with advise on their own selfish motives.

Also, all this proxy, ISP Theft is way over my head, and i really don't care to go there. I'm trying to keep the peace with Un! no more. If he get's confidence in me, then when he starts to pull all this bs, then when i get on him, he just might have enough confidence in me, to stop what he's doing.

I'm using a tactic, of friendship, but! just to help all the posters on your forum. And whatever he did to me, i'm not clueless like you think, i just don't mention it to anyone. But! i'm aware of all the games. Contacting Topix, is dangerous, in that it could back-fire on us and they could really hold some investigation, and hurt the Forum. So just give me a chance to do it this way, before we contact my friend Paul from Newsday!!!

Also jimmy! please be nice to me at your forum, what happened in the past, is over. I'm trying to just fit in, but! you keep bringing up the past. I never went to Topix to try and get the forum shut down, never! Yeah! i bluffed it, when i was mad! But! i'm not a rat, and never will be one. Hey! I took the heat for my stepson, who was a violent drunk and coke user, so he would not have to do the time. I did 18 months in Santa Rosa Detention Center (prison) for protecting my step-family.                   THE YANKEES UNDER GIRARDI NEED TO BE PATIENT 

GIRARDI, WILL HAVE HIS HANDS FULL, IN MANAGING THE VETERN PLAYERS, AND THE YOUNGSTERS. ESPECIALLY WHEN ALL THE PLAYERS IN SPRING TRAINING WILL BE PLAYING FOR A POSITION ON THE YANKEES 40 MAN ROUSTER. HE CANNOT IN ANY WAY BE SWAYED BY THE VET'S LIKE MUSSINA AND GIAMBI, TO PLAY THEM ALLOT, JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE CONTRACTS AND SINORITY.

HE WILL THEN DIVIDE THE TEAM, IF HE SHOWS ANY FAVORTISM AT ALL. HE NEEDS TO PUT THE BEST TEAM ON THE FIELD EVERY DAY, AND MAKE THOSE DECISIONS HIMSELF. HE NEEDS TO HAVE AN 'OPEN DOOR' POLICY! BUT! TO BE CAREFULL WHEN THE VET'S TRY TO PURSUADE HIM, TO PLAY THEM.

IT IS A SHAME THAT THESE PLAYERS GET HIGH-LONG TERM CONTRACTS , BEFORE THEY PLAY, AND THEN IN THE LAST CONTRACT YEAR, WHEN THEY KNOW THEY WILL NOT BE SIGNED AGAIN BY THE YANKEES, ALL OF A SUDDEN, ARE FIT AND HEALTHY, AND SAY THEY FELT BETTER THEN EVER BEFORE.

THIS TO ME IS A SMOKE-SCREEN JUST TO GET TO PLAY, THEY ALL HAVE THERE DEVIOUS TRICKS. AND GIRARDI NEEDS TO READ BETWEEN THE B/S LINES.

THESE VETERNS WANT TO CONTINUE THERE CAREER'S FOR THE BIG MONEY CONTRACTS WITH ANOTHER TEAM, AND THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN GET THE BIG CONTRACT. IS TO HAVE A PRODUCTIVE YEAR WITH THE YANKEES.. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PAST THREE YEARS WITH MUSSINA AND GIAMBI  ? INJURY'S, PROBLEMS, NOT PLAYING TO THEIR POTENTIAL, AND NOT GOOD TEAM ORIENTED PLAYERS.

GIRARDI!! I WISH YOU THE BEST! AND ONCE YOU LET EVERYONE KNOW BY YOUR ACTIONS, THAT YOU ARE THE MANAGER, AND EVERYONE WILL BE JUDGED ONLY BY THERE CURRENT PERFORMANCE, IF YOU PLAY THEM. THEN YOU WILL GAIN THE RESPECT OF THE VETS AND YOUNGSTERS.   

But! now he talks bad about me , like I'm the problem on the other forum, when i came back this past week, like he asked me. Then he once again started his negativism, bad comments, judging me, and childish names about me. So! personally I'm saying this...."He is the problem, not me" I never said i hated him, he hates or is extremely jealous  of me. And why? it's beyond me.

So! why do i need to be told by him now, what to post, why every-one of my posts is not sports, and who i can't post to, like you Un!. Does he own me? Am i his son or something? I'm senior to him, and maybe he should show me a little respect!!! So if he chooses to leave the other Forum...which i doubt !! Then it is his choice !!! Not because, what he Say's "Is because of me" You Un! i can't speak for. But! because of me? No-way.... Just read his posts about me, when i came back at the beginning of last week!!                                         PETTITTE IS NO SAINT !!

As a Yankee fan over 50 years, i do like all the Yankee players, and i'm sure players become friends during the course of their careers. Andy Pettitte and Roger Clemons were very good friends, in fact Andy spoke about Roger as if he was his mentor, truly the best friend he had in the world. When Andy was asked by the Mitchell investigation about Roger, if he ever heard or knew of Roger taking HGH/ Performance enhancing drugs. If Andy was a true friend, like he said, he would say NO !!!!

So why would Andy have to tell the Mitchell Investigators that he had three conversations with his good friend Roger about 5-8 years ago, and that Roger had mentioned to Andy about using, or was going to use Performance enhancing drugs !!! Andy and Roger were alone in  those three conversations, so there was no-one around to hear those three conversations, no-one !!!

So why! did Andy have to mention those conversations, when he didn't have to. Just by saying "I can't remember" That would not be lying. I mean who really can remember the contexts of a conversation you have with your friend, when you have many over 5-8 years ago ? Not me !!!

Now Andy! is becoming like a Hero, Yet! he also took performance enhancement drugs. He say's only 2-3 times but! i doubt that. Andy said he had to become clean with God !!! That is using God, and Andy if he is a christian man, like he professes to be, needs to read his Bible more often !!! as it clearly say's "It is not by works or Goodness that we shall boost !! It is by Faith that we are Saved " There is no-one that will go to Heaven by there works on earth, we all fall short of the Goodness of God, and we are all  sinners. That's why God knew man, could not abide by the "Ten Commandments" because man was weak of the flesh. And that's why he had to send Jesus Christ to earth, to be a sacrifice for our sins. 

So! using God!!! as an excuse to have to feed his best friend Roger to the Mitchell Committe, to me was not what God would want. God values friendship, Andy now! has caused Roger to be in such a bad situation, that Andy's testimony, could very likely send Roger to jail for perjury.

Sure, Roger could have came clean and admitted if he did take Performance enhancement drugs, but! he choose to tell the committe that he didn't !!! And who knows for certain that he did ? Only God ! If anyone believes McNamee !! who is only trying to protect himself from prison time, then you would also believe "Benedict Arnold" who was hung for treason by telling the enemy all he knew. To me Andy also committed treson, by rat-ing out his best friend, so he would look good to the Mitchell Committe.

So ! you might think Andy is some kind of Hero, or good person. And they say he might even get a standing ovation, when he pitches his first game this year at the Stadium. But! i won't stand !!! no way, not for a RAT!!!! Andy would be no friend of mine, so all i can say ! is he better pitch the best he ever did in his careere !! If not !! i will be all over him !!!

Like i always say, and how Roger is now learning the hard way now !!! "Keep your enemys close! But keep your Friends closer to trust "

    HANK SAY'S ! WE NEED TO RESTORE THE YANKEE UNIVERSE

There is allot of merit in what Hank Steinbrenner says! With 27 World Series under the Yankees belt, more then any team in sports history, the Yankees should still claim the "Best Team in Sports History" It does appear that the sox having won two world series, after a drought of 87 years is proclaiming our country "Sox Nation"  I have to laugh because finally after 87 years of no World Championship's the sox are in no way 'America's Team' To catch up to the Yankees, providing if the Yankees do not win another World Championship. It would be 2033 before the sox caught up with the Yankees.

So what Hank say's is truth !! This is ";Yankee Country"; and in baseball as ";America's Team"; and the sox should not get over cooky to even think they are in the Yankees Class, just because the sox have won two WS recently. The sox are still noticed as one of the few teams in baseball with the longest drought  '87' years without a WS. AND LIKE HANK SAY'S !! "WE NEED TO RESTORE THE UNIVERSE BACK TO T YANKEES"; !! WHERE IT BELONGS.

Hey Robert or should that be BIG "L"....27 World Series Under Their Belts.  That's WRONG!  Red Sox Nation started looooong before they won two World Series Titles.  I know no one reads this garbage but you, but the least you can do is write "factual" stuff.  If you write wrong information, YOU'LL start to believe it when you read it.

 Please visit. I had to explain to Jim that I really wasn't Joba. He was so disappointed when I told him. Robert is a die hard and came in here because the whole forum ganged up on him thanks to Jim. That forum needs balance. Go in there and laugh at Jims posts. Today hes claiming how the $200 mil Yankees the underdogs this coming season. He's already making excuses if they don't win it all. Maybe if they had a $300 mil payroll, he would like their chances better. Fans like Jim want a hall of famer at every position.
