Mr. Casey, the Old Yankee Forum, which i was on since it started is now run by the man you received the last post from. He calls himself jimiyank. There are now only about 12 posters left on that d Yankee Talk back, that do nothing but put down, shame, curse, and even post degrading posts towards some of the posters families. This is why i have left that forum, and I'm posting Yankee baseball here, without all the hatred, cursing, and degrading comments on the Old Yankee Talk back. jimiyank owns the forum, as he is posting over 12 hours a day, and he has a following of posters that he also swayed against me and others. He has to go down in Yankee History as the biggest fraud ! and loss of money $39.9 million to be exact!! with three years gone in his contract!! he is the laughing stock of the yankee team members. So his agent say's he looks good now !! what a joke ! he was so intimadated by the New York Stage, that he mentally could not hack-it. And most of his injuries, were bought on by himself, by his bad attitude and drunken driving to hit a garbage truck..now that's stupid !!!. I say! let's eat this last year on his contract, and chalk it up for a 'big loss' Let him go!! as his bad self-defeating attitude is bad for the other players in AAA. ne, this claim by your friend and topix abuser is not true. as he said, let you be the judge. there is not one post where i cursed or used vulgar language. he did. so far, i have found over 20 posts with over 100 more pages to check.[ i think there are about 40 total give or take] he just lied about his posts about my family. he claims he wrote "something" well sir, he wrote 2 such posts, not one, there is your honest man. remember, i did not curse or say anything bad. the sexual and vulgar content he used is so horrid, i should take him to court. again, there are no curses or vulgar content by me. he will show you bad content from others, not me. this man acts like he is above us. when you get the post numbers, you make the call. but, i want to point out, this man claims he has a contact at newsday, and he is a moderator. how can this vulgar lying man be allowed to act like this. even if some person writes something bad, he has no right to be worse then them. i will list all the posts by this person who has just lied. i have the proof. as an example, post number 8173 and 8161 are the 2 posts that were slandered by this man against my family,[ my wife and 16 year old daughter] not provoked by me. he used the worst sexual slurs. no christian man would do that. yet, i am accused of disliking him, any wonder why....i will list the rest tomorrow. again, i have not cursed nor written any post like this man. he did it to me. not in defense of his wife. that is his excuse to curse and swear. he must be stopped. ]] There is too much hatred between the two of us, that is causing allot of distension on the Talk Back 2 Forum. They were in no way intended to disrespect or shame his family. I even sent him a follow up post, to explain! they were to show him the type of posts i recieved, which again he told the bad poster were okay! and that anyone could post anything they wanted. This only added fuel to the fire, for the Bad poster to continue to send me discusting posters.
