| lihoopsfanPosts: 752Location: Join Date: January 2, 2009 12:44 PMSend Message | Big is Jamal Flash WHempstead, Neal is Fishenden, Myles Prendegast, I think Phil is a sr from Glenn, Paris Parks and Pat Pitouiski (sp) are from Longwood (parks is 2011) John Adams Ward from CM was left out as was Leon Taylor from Southside and Ashanti DePass from Baldwin (inadvert) also kids that should be recruited. Of course Rod Odem, who is from Suffolk, at prep school should not be left out, he along with Harris and possibly Moore, could be major D1 recruits. Perhaps HS coaches should be working more in concert with AAU coaches to help these kids instead of ignoring them. They do exsist, and seem to have more contacts then the HS coaches at this time. Too bad a couple of teams couldn`t be put together to play fall IS8. There are scouts all over that tourny in the fall | ||

He is a two or one at the next level hopefully his coaches will have him play the perimeter.

Tobias will be allowed to faceup, JJ plays back to basket 80% of time allowing teams to double him too easily. He must be moved to wing to allow him to flourish if not he should get out of Brentwood and prep someplace. I watched last yr and they forgot about him and either couldn`t or didn`t get him the ball enough because they had him back to basket. All of you that say that he has to do what is best for the team don`t have a clue. What should be best for the team is to run through him every time down ct.

Also like the Bayport big men Prendegast and Drzal. Kamil from Lindy is a very good talent. Oh and of course Mr. Harris's son Tobias will probably contend for top player on Long Island next year at HHHW. Also like the Jon Ward Adams kid from Center Moriches if he has some talent to surround him like this past year. Met the father and he seems like a nice guy who will direct him in the right direction
