It was the worst excuse for a tryout I have ever seen. 70 kids were stuffed onto 1 court. There were 2 balls. The kids played 1/2 court 5 v 5, playing against the same kids each time out. The coaches were not even paying attention to the kids over half the time. There was no officiating, even by the mostly disinterested coaches. They started the festivities 1/2 hr late. Starting scriming at 9;15 and we were all out by 9:40. BS is alive and thriving once again on Long Island | |
