Topic: BRENTWOOD LACROSSE

Lets all be real now. Lets end this now yes Brentwood sucks they only had two decent players in middie Byron Farquharson adn goalie Steve Calisto. If they did have a youth league team they probably would be better in a couple of years. Next year they will struggle again because of the loss of Byron Farquharson who faces-off, plays offense and defense. There will be no scoring next year. Steve Calisto will rack up another 300 saves and won't get any recognition but thats Brentood Lacrosse for you. Its all good.

LAST YEAR when this thread was started Brentwood was the worst team in Suffolk County, and that cant be debated because you LOST EVERY GAME. Personally I dont think this year going to be any different, but hey you never know. If you think your goalie is so great than why didnt he make empires you cant blame that on the rest of the team. You've claimed that your D can shut down top offensive players, well I find that hard to believe considering you haven't play a top offensive team in 20 years.  so you can claim people hate on Brentwood, but what do you expect when you make a thread about it. No one just made a thread saying Brentwood sucked, someone from your school made it, and people gave their opinions on YOUR CLAIMS. This is not me "hatin" on "B-Wood", it just answers the questions asked on this thread. I personally hope you win a game, but I dont see it as a reality.  

Specifically for the post saying [how is brentwood asking for it?] you made a thread saying you have a quote "amazing" goalie and other good players, you went 0-14. You're asking for criticism. 

Well Brentwood is the worst team on the island. Spring 09 season jv9 went 5-6  jv10 i think won 3 games and varisity one 2 or 3.....sad stuff. Im going to 10 grade but im on the team varisty summer leauge team were not doing to bad..4-4. The program is getting better with the new turf field near suffolk campus, youth leauges have started so in a couple of years there should be improvement...and for all the **** talkerss...spring 2010 we will win a league game...not much but we will. Teams i know we can beat longwood..commack..and patmed...i played them on both jv9 team and jv10 team i saw there jv teams nothing really omg. We will win a league game.

Don't set your sights so low.  If you think there are three teams you can beat, then your goal should be to beat at least two of them.  Winning takes time but each year you should set your goals a little higher.  Good luck to you and your program.

Littlejerk, a 10th grade athlete said his team was working hard and they hoped to win a league game next year.  I tried to encourage him by saying that they could do even better.  You and your pea-brain chimed in and sarcastically tried (notice I said tried!) to put us both down.  What a guy.  You must be so proud.  But what a minute!  You can't be Littlejerk because Littlejerk said recently that he doesn't answer lax posts now because this is football season.  Unless it is really you, and in addition to being  known as ignorant and bigoted, you are now exposed as a liar.  Have a nice day Littlejerk.  Be careful, it's supposed to rain later today and we all know how water might seep in under your rock.

I've commented before on your lack of reading comprehension skills so I guess I have to help you out again.  I never said "maybe."  What I tried to do was to get the B'wood student to raise his goals.  He knows his team and he said one game.  I doubled it.  If he had said two, I would have said four.  Get the progression?  You can apply the same numbers to your IQ.  Go from one point to two, etc. Your pattern is to avoid questions when challenged, change the subject, and change the meaning of what was actually said.  And BTW, just what did the recent incident at BHS have to do with the subject at hand?  Also, how in your infinite wisdom did you determine that the 10th grader who posted wasn't white or are you stereotyping about all BHS students?  Actually you are very good at stereotyping as evidenced by your recent posting on the football thread.  It's one of the few things you can do well.  Finally, when  people read my posts they either agree or disagree but the only one who insults me is you.  I take that as a compliment.

Never claimed to be an expert ; just an adult (and father) who enjoys a respectful conversation about HS sports.  P.S.  Please note that you completely avoided answering my comments.  What else is new?
