14U--Team LI ( Angels Team ), Bandits Tornlicasi, Riptide (COLE)

12--??????????????????

In my opinion you have to put the Spartans in the 18u group

if the spartans, then who do you knock out?

I do not think the Spartans at all. I like your 18U picks, but everyone here will be arguing for their travel team.

What age group are you referring to? In a 5 game series I do not believe any of the teams you listed would win..just my opinion though

ramplayer

18u no way those teams are better than impact or chargers

Your opinion..both very good teams tough choices

ramplayer

yes, my opinion, but based on the past, how can u exclude them from the top three,i mean express?

I just know that when looking at schedules  you can't beat Chargers and Sudden Impact. Both teams also play on the main fields. Team LI's also looks good. Not knocking any team because until they play each other which is unlikely who knows for sure. Certain teams definitely get more exposure but they all seem to be getting the job done.

IMO-

18u TLI, Chargers, SI.

I agree with the 14 and 16u picks. with Bandits on top of 14 and Heat on top of 16.

12u resembles 18u with the same teams in the top three.

18U - Sudden Impact, Chargers and Express

16U - Team LI, Heat (I put TLI and Heat in 16U because they attend 16U Nationals, even though they play 18U showcase schedules and I'm only listing two because no one else even comes close)

14U - Bandits - Torlincasi, Team LI - Angel, Riptide - Cole (please disregard the order in which these teams are listed. Any of them could beat one another on any day)

No express Blue in 16U? They beat the Heat I beleive on more than one occasion and they placed 9th in ASA nationals as a first year 16U team?

I'm pretty sure that the Express - Blue has never played the Heat team I'm thinking of.

Yes the Heat Team with John Antretter and Tom Iacopelli as coaches..Pretty sure the Express beat them at the Bandits ASA qualifier last year 1-0 or 2-1 something like that..It may have been the Express Red team but pretty sure it was the blue

18U - Fire & Ice, Sudden Impact, Express

16U - Heat, TLI, Rebels

Just looked it up on their website. Express - Red (which is now the Express - Elite) beat the Heat 1-0.

Wow!! Does it really matter who has a "better" travel team??? Obviously, the answers to that question will be biased.  Whatever team your daughter is on will be the "best".  My daughter was in a showcase last summer out west and played against 18U gold teams from both California and Texas.  NO New York team compares to these teams.  Once one gets off Long Island the competition is amazing.  It was a great experience to watch such talented young women.   So this discussion of who the "best" travel team is, is really pointless.  Hopefully, everyone is happy with their team, if not there are plenty of others to check out.  Also, to get your daughter recruited, they do not have to play on any travel team.  You can enter them in individual showcases.  Anyway, good luck to all with their travel journies!!!

I can only go by head to head:

SILVER BULLETS:

Halloween Havoc 2008:  Express 18U Elite 8     Silver Bullets  2

NJ Outlaws Fall 2008:  Express 18U Eilte  4       Silver Bullets  2

Two Scrimmages in Sept 08: game 1:   Express 18U Elite 4     Silver Bullets 3

                                              game 2:  Express 18U Elite   8    Silver Bullets  2

Sudden Impact:

One game I know of:

Sudden Impact round Robin:

Express 18U elite  4       Sudden Impact 1
