Topic: Anthem 18u Tryouts

The Long Island Anthem 18U Fastpitch team will be holding tryouts during the month of August (see below). The Anthem is looking for girls that have the goal to play softball in college. 100% of our graduating seniors have committed to play college softball over the last 2 years. We had a very successful season including winning the Jungle Jamboree ASA National Qualifier, and runner-up in the Delaware Invitational Tournament top seeded bracket. .

Reminder Tryouts on Wednesday Hampton Bays High School 6pm and Sunday Hampton Bays High School at 11 am.

We are looking for one more quality pitcher to complete our 2009-2010 rosters. Unlike other teams, we limit the number of pitchers that we take so that they get a good number of innings. If you are on a team that has 5 or 6 pitchers you really have to ask yourself how much pitching time will I get.
