thats what makes this sport great if you are a great athlete you can succeed.if fact you really don't need to be a good athlete to be good in baseball, witness the dh,being a pitcher witness david wells.plus its really boring the game takes 4 hours and its the simplest game know to man. plus its dominated by non-americans which in fact is un-american. actual action in a 9 inning game 3.5 mintues.and let me go on by saying lacrosse is probably the simplest sport to get good at..im not saying this without proof either i saw two kids at my high school pick up lacrosse sticks when they were freshman and one by sophmore year was an all conf goalie and both by senior year had earned all county honors...not taking anyhting away from those two players but one was the type of player who only played during the spring when it was in season and never touched a stick again but still somehow received college offers and the other one in four years was all county 2X and is playing d1...no other sport you can do that

Thats why pitchers cannot hit a baseball usually, even when most of them hit in high school and even in college. Its a sport where you fail more times than you succeed. It also demands constant consentration and perfection in the field. If your fielding percentage is lower than .900 your weak. So thats saying you have to make 9/10 plays or even more. If you go 2/5 on a day thats awesome. There are so many aspects to baseball people never realize. To a baseball fan, seeing a person like jose reyes on 1st is always exciting. They throw over 4 times and he still gets a good jump. Thats timing and speed. Watching pros throw on the run or catching a grounder before it takes a tough hop is always overlooked. Baseball will always be for the people who actually have some sort of patience and intelligence.

thats my point..lacrosse is a simple game if you can run and be somewhat strong you can play....baseball is all about skill and practice....you can just run onto a field and throw 90 mph or hit a ball 400 feet...lacrosse might be more exciting but baseball has been played and followed for how many years? its not even close dude ok lax is coming up but still it will never touch baseball

| seventeen09Posts: 17Location: Join Date: May 4, 2009 6:28 PMSend Message | the physical talent and ability to throw a baseball 90+ or hit a ball 400 feet is equivelent to any skill a lacrosse player has....plus if you notice the out of shape fat ones are either washed up pitchers or designated hitters...griffey in his prime, torri hunter, carl crawford, joe mauer, justin morneau etc, put a lacrosse stick in there hands give them a year and watch theyd run the nll | |

yes lacrosse alive in america played by true americans.baseball is becoming like soccer played by non-americans. thats the way it is.we as americans, in this economic climate, willing to pay non-americans millions of our taxed money to people who send their money out of our great country. i hope not.manny, sosa ,palmerio and many more have taken us for fools. viva america Hey retard manny grew up in nyc and played for youth service, nice try slick. Why dont u just go home and stare at a wall that maybe more productive. You're a prime example of how stupid and useful lacrosse players really are. I didnt know david wright was from DR get a clue quiet embarrsing your self please. Lacrosse-0 Baseball-1 thats the way it is dont try to change it.
